More about Fundamentals of Horticultural Therapy
Learn how to combine a passion for gardening and helping people through the innovative field of horticultural therapy. Join students from across the country to learn more by enrolling in the first class in the certificate program, Fundamentals of Horticultural Therapy this fall in one of three locations. To complete a full certificate in HT plan to attend three additional classes. Each will be offered in Colorado and California in 2013.

Group rate is $99 a night. Ask for the HT Institute room block. Deadline is January 2, 2012. They do offer a free shuttle to and from Denver International Airport. No shuttle service available to the class site but students may walk (3/4 mile) or we can arrange car pools. Restaurant on site.
Walking directions from the hotel to the class site are as follows:
- From the main entrance of the hotel walk east to Quebec Street head south on Quebec Street. Cross Quebec at 26th Avenue and start walking east. Turn right on Roslyn Street, The Anchor Center For The Blind will be on your left.

The Anchor Center for Blind Children is located in the heart of Stapleton at the intersection of 26th Avenue and Roslyn Street-just one block east of Quebec Street. The site is moments away from I-70 with quick access from the south and east via I-225 and the north via I-270.
