The Horticultural Therapy Techniques course explores how and why HT is effective and demonstrates techniques for communication, leading, tool and task adaptations, and methods to encourage constructive change. Taught by the Director of the HT Institute, Rebecca Haller, HTM, has inspired students to practice HT with professionalism for over 20 years. Additionally, Jay Rice, PhD brings his theoretical and practical experience from family counseling, spiritual traditions, and HT research – offering thought-provoking and personal reflection.
