We know the power of "linking people and plants". It is at the heart of our mission at the Horticultural Therapy Institute to provide high quality training in horticultural therapy. We support people who nurture plants and gardens to improve the lives of others. Your support of the non-profit Horticultural Therapy Institute allows us to impact people in nursing homes, hospitals, prisons, youth programs, and mental health centers in communities across the nation-through the work of our students.
Your support of HTI can take many forms.

General Donation

A general donation to the Horticultural Therapy Institute supports horticultural therapy education through classes, workshops, and other training. It allows us to continue to offer expert instruction and to bring leading educators to the Institute.

Educational Videos

We have frequently been asked for effective tools to communicate the benefits of horticultural therapy and to influence decision-makers about the advantages of a professionally run horticultural therapy program. In response to these requests, beginning in 2007, the Institute will produce a series of educational videos. Your tax-deductible donation will assist us to develop a quality product that informs and inspires those interested in promoting and sustaining human health through the medium of gardening.
